By accessing and placing an order through our website taiyomini.com, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

All products shown on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change pricing at any time without prior notice. We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the nature of handcrafted or dyed materials.

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required by law. Payment can be made optionally through the payment options specified in the online shop.

When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of your order. The purchase contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Taiyō shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
